Forgive a little indulgence as I share some snaps of our beloved cat Dusty who died this afternoon.
To say she was special was an understatement...
Always up for a hug...
Friends with everyone...
She saw me as a pushover...
Not a bad bone in her body...
Looked after herself...
A right cutie...
Who never hurt a fly (well maybe the odd fly)...
Teased by birds...
Yet perfect in every way...
Just this morning...

I am so sorry! I lost my cat several months ago and know how hard it is. He was black too :) There is something about black cats that is truly special. Hang in there.

So sorry Jane, I love animals and would dearly love a pet but unfortunately Mr. C does not share my love for them.
She looked like she was a beautiful loving cat, clearly adore by all and a very big part of your family.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, Jane. I had a beautiful black cat growing up that was very special to me, and I remember how devastated I was when she passed. Okay, I'm going to go get this bloomin' dust out of my eyes now..
