Being the generous soul that I am, I have given you 48hrs of relief from my latest addiction...alcohol inks.
But I'm back and this time I have 5...yes...5 cards!
Nooooooooo! I hear you cry as you head for the hills...lol.
The same ol' technique as before and you'll be relieved to see no mysterious bottoms from the cheeky Teakwood ink...Phew!
This was a 5x4 inch piece of the thinner, lightweight Yupo stuck onto some scrap card. I do this just so it's easier to move, less floppy when I lift it and for when it gets adhered to my card base.
Once dried I cut it into 1 inch squares, added foam pads to the back and mounted 4 on each 4x4 inch square card base.
I embellished with either gold glitter or copper Liquid Pearl just for a touch of je ne sais quoi and added a simple sentiment from either MFT or Paper Smooches.
I think these make great mini cards or notelets.
I know what you're thinking and you're right....any excuse to play with the ol' inks.
Guilty m'Lud!
Until next time....and yes, I fear there will be a next time.

Really good!! Love them x
love these too. are you using yupo as the base paper for this? what other papers work well? a glossy card stock or regular or water color? I hope to have some play time this weekend to try it. thanks.
Great to see alcohol inks coming out of the cupboard...time to go find mine. Thanks Jane.
Oh, my! If this is a sample of your current addiction, hit me again! Gorgeous. I'm also addicted to alcohol inks...the pearls especially. Thanks for the share.
