White with a hint of White!!

I'm back!

Have been v. busy this week & have only managed to make 1 card (well 2 actually, the other one's burning at the bottom of the garden...Oh! the shame!!!) Yes...version 1 of this card was one of those that you sit back & look at with yer head in yer hands & wonder what on earth you were thinking!!

I admit I 'lurv' version 2. The stamp is 'Sprout' from Mo's Digital Pencil, coloured with Promarkers & I've used my Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder, X-Cut flower punch, Nellie Snellen oval die & leaf punch. Pink & white pearls & a flitter of glitter to finish.

S'pose to be a corker weather-wise this weekend...ENJOY! xx

Can't Stop.......

Wayyyyyyy too much to do today so I'm gonna cut to the chase....made this card a while back. LOTV stamp coloured with Promarkers, Nestie background shapes, DP from Doodlebug & a couple of flowers from my stash with a card candy centre. Oooh! And some glitter...how could I forget!?

Kids! Don't yer just Luv 'Em!!

These are the awesome cards my fabby kids made for me this Mother's Day. Oliver's Handbag card was tinged with tears as his was made at school & had got squashed on his way home. He was so upset, bless, but we got it fixed & he wrote the most beautiful message inside...(choking-lump-in-throat moment!!)

We were supposed to get up early on Sunday for a football match but at 7.50am I was given strict instructions to remain snuggled up & await breakfast in bed. 40 mins later with an eerie silence from downstairs, no rattling of cups or clinking of plates I called down to see if I should get up. A resounding "NO!!!" was followed by footsteps up the stairs & an order to close my eyes. It turns out that Sophie had fogotten to make me a card & was frantically putting one of her masterpieces together. I don't know where she gets her ideas from...def' not me...it's a concertinaed card with different size folds, each section has its own strip of paper, with a message label joining the two sides together with a bow...Genius!!!

Breakfast? Got up in a mad rush & made mine & everyone elses!!

Merry Christmas Bob!

HA!HA! April Fools...Gotcha didn't I?

And so did the Weather-lady this morning who said it was gonna be a 'fine day' PAH!!!

The skies are Promarker Cool Grey 2, there's a wind strong enough to uncurl your perm' & the temperature perfect for freezing yer ice-pops!!

I made this card for one of my daughter's pals...strict instructions to be pink, with dots n' bunting, so who am I not to deliver. The bunting is a digi from Two Peas in a Bucket, the pink papers are from the Back to Basics collection from Dovecraft & the numbers were cut from the zanniest, glittery sheet I could find. My customary smattering of glitter & job done!

Off to de-bikini & slip into something a bit cosier (a rug maybe...brrr!)...have a groovy weekend.
